Yoga Classes hosted by Suzi Weaver are held Sundays at 9:30AM and Tuesdays at 6:30PM in downtown Cerrillos. Classes are 1 hour. A gentle approach is taken and all are welcome.

Classes are at Scherer’s Architectural Anitques in Cerrillos. Take the Cerrillos Village turn off. Take a left onto Main Street. Look for the purple doors on the left.

Suzi has been teaching yoga for ten years. Trained as a teacher in Integrative Yoga, her background also includes Iyengar, Kundalini and Kripalo training. She is also a massage therapist with appointments available in the Cerrillos office on Sunday and Tuesdays. She is available in her Santa Fe office on Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays. Also does house calls.

Turquoise Massage
My name is Sonya Bergschneider Benson and in November I opened a massage studio in Gypsy Plaza. I have had a wonderful welcome within the community and would like to thank everyone who has supported me. For those of you who have not yet made it in, I offer a first time massage at $25 for an hour and $40 for 90 minutes. My work is an integrative approach, the goal of which is to release your body from stress and pain. I combine the modalities of deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, reflexology and others. I also practice Ayurvedic massage and prenatal. I've been practicing massage for 10 years, and moved here in April of 2006 from Sedona, Arizona. Madrid has been kind to me, thank you so much.
